Whanganui made from locally grown hardwood with the highest attention to detail, hand-sanded and finished with mineral oil and beeswax over a 7 day process to lock out moisture and retain a flawless appearance.

Our 'edge grain' cutting board timbers include Tasmanian Blackwood, Totara, and Eucalyptus. The edge grain orientation ensures our boards are easy on your knives, yet extremely hard wearing, and with the right care will last generations. Each board is unique, differing in size, thickness and timber species, and come complete with care instructions and a sample of our very own cutting board conditioner to keep its showroom finish.
